Furniture sizes never change automatically. These checks are planning aids, not a safety or accessibility assessment.

What the planner checks — and what it doesn’t
Rectangular rooms, straight walls and axis-aligned furniture. Door swing reserves a square as wide as the door, covering either hinge direction. Tall furniture cannot enter a window’s 15 cm wall strip. Front access is 60 cm (40 cm for chairs); beds use foot access only. Suggested layouts connect these areas on a 10 cm grid with 60 cm square clearance. Tables use front access only; complete seating space around all sides is not assessed. Add chairs separately.
The search tries a limited set of positions and may miss a good arrangement. It does not assess bed side access, drawer travel beyond the reserved space, radiator heat, sloped ceilings, structural work, moving furniture through doors, or local codes. Confirm measurements and clearances in the real room.
Fixed obstacles block furniture, front access and walking routes. Keep-clear areas reserve floor space from furniture but remain walkable. Both use the footprints you enter, not a height or safety-distance model.
Autosave belongs to this browser and can be cleared by browser settings. Keep an exported project file. No account, analytics, external fonts, or AI service is used.
